Easily File Your BOI
- Gather the following information:
- Full Name
- Birthdate
- Business or Residential address (at their option)
- DL or Passport # and a photo of it that you will need to upload
- FinCEN ID if you have previously been provided with one (however, if this is your first experience with finCEN, you probably don’t have one)
- Go Here (https://boiefiling.fincen.gov/fileboir)
- File online and enter in the information requested
- Obtain your FINCen ID and keep it in a safe place you can access it
- Verify jurisdiction of your DL or Passport
- Verify you are human and submit
