Ashley Garbe Smith – Founder, Attorney

Ashley Garbe Smith founded AGS Law to empower small business owners and dentists to protect their businesses, assets, and families. She is a graduate of the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University. Ashley has over two decades of legal and business experience, including previous experience as a paralegal, litigator, and business owner.

Recognized for her responsive and client-focused approach, Ashley delivers innovative, personalized legal solutions in business law, dental practice transitions, commercial real estate, and estate planning. She champions transparent pricing by offering most services on a flat-fee basis, ensuring clients know their costs from the outset.

Beyond her legal career, Ashley is a professional musician, having toured nationally as a keyboardist and singer. She produced an album of original songs in 2012 and continues to perform locally when she can find the time. Ashley is also a dynamic speaker, frequent podcast guest, and advocate for entrepreneurship and women in leadership, sharing insights on dental transitions, estate planning, negotiation, and communication skills.

When not serving her clients, Ashley enjoys being outdoors and playing pickleball with her husband and two energetic boys and finds inspiration in podcasts and live music.
