Breanna Singlar – Associate

Breanna Singlar is a dedicated attorney at AGS Law, with a strong focus on business, real estate and transactional law. She earned her law degree from S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah and spent four years as an associate attorney at a litigation firm. During this time, she gained experience litigating family law, real estate, and environmental matters, which gave her valuable insight into the importance of well-crafted contracts.

At AGS Law, Breanna specializes in guiding clients through general business law matters, business and real estate transactions, and estate planning. Breanna is well-versed in negotiating commercial leases and assisting clients with the legal intricacies involved in buying or selling a business.

Additionally, Breanna provides comprehensive legal counsel to practice start-ups, including formation, operating agreements, partnership agreements, and lease negotiations. Her expertise extends to complex practice acquisitions, sales, buy-ins, financing structures, and employment matters.
