We are committed to keeping your email address confidential. We do not sell, rent, or lease our subscription lists to third parties. We will not disclose your email address to any third parties except as allowed in this Privacy Policy. We will maintain the information you send via email in accordance with applicable federal law.

In compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act, all emails sent from our organization will clearly state who the email is from and provide clear information on how to contact the sender. In addition, all email messages will also contain concise information on how to remove yourself from our mailing list so that you do not receive any further email communication from us.

Our emails provide users the opportunity to opt out of receiving communications from us and our partners by reading the unsubscribe instructions located at the bottom of any email they receive from us at any time. Users who no longer wish to receive our newsletter or promotional materials may opt out of receiving these communications by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the email.

However these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way. You can opt out of receiving targeted ads from members of the Network Advertising Initiative (“NAI”) on the NAI’s website.

How Long We Store Data

We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy or otherwise required by law. No purpose in this Privacy Policy will require us to keep your personal information for longer than three years. When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it, or if that is not possible, we will securely store your information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
